Place brand for the new neighbourhood built at the former London 2012 Olympic Games Athletes’ Village. Now the largest private rental development in the UK, East Village comprises 2818 homes, a K-Y12 school, health centre, parks, wetlands, high street shopping and dining. The strategy was to create a living, breathing brand with the flexibility to change in mood and tone in order to resonate with different audiences. East Village was awarded Best Visual Identity (Property) – Silver and Best Use of Illustration – Highly Commended at the Transform Awards Europe 2015.
