Royal Wharf London
Client : Oxley Ballymore
Agency : Small Back Room, London
Role : Design Director
A new London neighbourhood for 10,000 residents is being built alongside the River Thames on historic land once part of the Royal Group of Docks. The architect’s vision for Royal Wharf re-imagined a highly successful London architectural format – the Georgian Square – for new generations to enjoy. Our place brand embraced the square in a contemporary execution of this classic format. A 100-page canvas-bound hardcover brochure was researched, written, designed and beautifully finished with embossed patterning and gold foiling. Copy was crafted to communicate effectively to two key audiences: the local Londoner and foreign investors. Six floor plan brochures, a website, hoardings, environmental graphics for multiple marketing suites as well as advertising for print, digital and outdoor were created.
